Name: Mosstail
Gender: She-cat
Clan: WindClan
Position/Age: Medicine Cat/43 moons
Appearance: Bright, mossy green eyes seem to pop out of Mosstail's brown tabby face. They are filled with kindness and intelligence; everything a medicine cat should have.
Below those eyes is a soft pink nose, perfectly proportioned to her face.
Her body is long and slender, with somewhat lengthy legs to raise her lithe form. The fur the covers most of Mosstail is chocolately brown, with grey-brown tabby stripes that give her a bold appearance. The rest of her fur, though, is a dull but creamy white. These parts are found on her muzzle and paws, and from her paws the coloring crawls up the insides of her legs to eventually engulf the majority of her stomach.
Atop her beautiful head are two regular ol' cat ears. There is absoluetly nothing special about them!
Mosstail's paws are small and delicate, but still she manages to run swiftly and with ease. Hidden beneath her fuzzy paws are sets of long, sharp claws, but poor Mosstail never gets to use them, or even show them off.
With her body already being very long, her pelt contrasts this be being rather short. Although, it's soft, sleek texture still manages to elongate her body even more.
Mosstail walks normally, but carries herself with a little more dignity than some. She tries to avoid mud puddles because she never has time to groom herself.
Personality: Mosstail's position as medicine cat requires that she be kind, caring, and gentle. Luckily, that's exactly what she is. Her temper flares now and then if a stupid mistake is made, but most of the time she is sweet and sensitive to her Clanmates.
If ever she run out of herbs, she is likely to blame an apprentice, but doesn't think much about it. Instead she calls for help, and moves on.
The brown tabby finds it ridiculous to remain caught up in the past, unless it has something to do with StarClan. Anything else, such as thorn stuck in a pad, gives her nothing but new knowledge to better treat her patients.
Getting on Mosstails bad side is very difficult. She is so forgiving, not to mention friendly, causing any disputes to be short-term.
History: Mosstail was born to a beautiful tabby queen by the name of Juniperleaf. Her fathers identity remains a secret to all but Mosstail's mother.
There were only two kits in the litter, one of whom died shortly after birth. The other was quickly named Mosskit for the rich, vivid color of her eyes. Mosskit looked exactly like her mother, but without the white stripe of fur running down her back that made Juniperleaf unique.
During kithood, Mosskit was the loneliest little cat in the forest. She had no siblings to play with, nor were there any other kits in the nursery with her. She ended up relying on the medicine cat and his patients for entertainment and stuff to do. After helping out in the medicine cats den so much and loving it, it was decided the Mosskit would become a medicine cats apprentice.
And so she was. She learned the herbs with ease, and enjoyed spending her time helping WindClan. Many moons later, her mentor, Elmheart, decided it was time that Mosspaw recieved her medicine cat name of Mosstail.
It was just 3 moons after this excitement that tradegy struck. Elmheart died of greencough, leaving the 19 moon old cat to be a full-fledged medicine cat. Mosstail greived along with her Clan, but was soon visited in a dream by her former mentor. He reassured the distraught tabby, giving her the strength to move on and continue to help her Clan. Since then, in all of her moons of experience, Mosstail has learned one thing- Never give in.
Family Members: Mother- Juniperleaf (NPC), tabby that looked just like her daughter but with a thin white stripe running down her back.
Father- Unknown
Siblings- None
Rules Password: May StarClan guide your soul.
OOC: I'm leaving this in your hands, tfcowner and Chichi. Mainly you, Chichi, seeing as it's your Clan, but tfc, your welcome to comment!
