Welcome to Warriors of the Mist, an open RPG (meaning any level of writer is welcome!) based on the best-selling book series Warriors by Erin Hunter.
Warriors of the Mist is a friendly community of roleplayers. We're all real people, just like you, and we love getting new members! We are not your typical cookie-cutter style RPG, where the same old plots are reused over and over and the same old people do everything fun. Variety and uniqueness are what make Warriors of the Mist great! We're all quite relaxed, though we do not welcome spammers, flamers, and those who enjoy breaking the rules.

Season:It is currently the beginning of summertime! Weather:It's hot outside! Though the trees provide some shade for a few Clans, the spots in the direct sunlight are warm enough to sunbathe on. The heat is enjoyable, but makes working difficult for those with long, thick, or dark coats.Conditions:Prey is plentiful for now. The hot weather and constant sunshine keep the food sources running around happily and in easy reach of the forest cats.

ThunderClan
Camp A large clearing surrounded by brambles and trees is home to the ThunderClan cats. A large rock, known as the Highrock, contains the leaders den at the base, a cave with a curtain of plants acting as the entrance. The other dens are just small caves with brambles all around and packed into cracks.

Territories In ThunderClan, the sunning rocks, sandy hollow, and the great ravine act as favorite spots in the territory. Each is used for hunting, training, and simple lounging on a daily basis.

RiverClan
Camp A fair sized island engulfed by tall reeds is where RiverClan lives. Their leader sleeps in an inconspicuous little den near the islands center, whereas the rat of the dens are hidden beneath small tree groves with rocky shelters.

Territories All of RiverClan's traditional territories -- the island, the river, and the stepping stones -- are full of life in the warmer seasons, whereas during the colder times, they are eerily beautiful.

WindClan
Camp A rocky hill is home to the cats of WindClan. Their dens: The open moorland. Unless the weather is poor, of course. Then they sleep in small divets dug into the sides of their shelter.

Territories The main territorial areas for WindClan cats include the secluded trees, Windy Hill, and the riverbank. However, most of the cats prefer Windy Hill, where they can run free and chase down those pesky yet delicious rabbits.

ShadowClan
Camp Surrounded by dead trees and limp plants is the ShadowClan camp. The dens are caves with dead plants acting as curtains. Moss and pine needles line the bottoms of the dens, giving a soft feeling underpaw.

Territories The marsh, shadowed trees, and carrionplace mark ShadowClan's main territories. All of the spots are dark and mysterious, yet to the ShadowClan cats, it all seems warm and welcoming.

Beyond the Territories
Rogue Camp The camp used by the gang of rogues harrassing the troubled Clans is here; It is a large are just outside of ShadowClan territory, and is space enough for the few of them to hunt, train, and sleep.

Highstones (1 sub-board) This is where medicine cats will travel every half moon to share tongues with StarClan; Deputies becoming leaders must journey here to recieve their nine-lives. Sub-boards is the Moonstone!

Twoleg Place Kittypets can roleplay together in here. Sub-boards will include twoleg nests where the kittypets live and their backyards.

Fourtrees A Gathering will be held here at every full moon. Your Clan leader will PM you the current password if you are chosen to come.
